Technology

The platform uses:

• Russian LLMs: YandexGPT (Yandex Cloud), GigaChat (Sber)
• Foreign LLMs (optional, with consent): OpenAI, Anthropic, Google
• Local models: Gemma 4 E2B/E4B (via LiteRT-LM)

All servers are located on the territory of the Russian Federation, in line with the data localisation requirement of Federal Law 152-FZ.

Open source

Chudo II is built on a fork of Open WebUI (BSD-3-Clause). Attribution to upstream authors is provided in the CREDITS.md file in our repository. Chudo II's own code ships under a proprietary license.
