Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the ChudoII team ("we") and any user ("you") of the ChudoII service: the Android app, the web version at chudoii.com and the associated backend API. By using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By installing the app, registering an account or otherwise using the service, you accept these Terms. If you disagree with any point — please do not use ChudoII.

3. Your account

  • Minimum age to register: 14 years
  • Registration data must be accurate
  • One person, one account
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and email support@chudoii.com

4. Acceptable use

You must not use ChudoII for:

  • Unlawful content: threats, incitement to hatred, child sexual abuse material
  • Spam, phishing, or mass automated messaging
  • Infringement of copyrights or other intellectual property
  • Attempting to extract API keys, system prompts or other internal data
  • Artificially bypassing plan limits or launching load attacks
  • Reverse-engineering or decompiling the client or backend components
  • Training your own or third-party AI models on ChudoII data

5. Plans and payments

Current plan line-up:

  • Free — 10 prompts per day, up to 2 parallel models, free forever
  • Pro Monthly — 1 500 RUB/month, 500 prompts per day, up to 3 parallel models
  • Pro 6 Months — 6 000 RUB every 6 months, 1 000 prompts per day, up to 4 models
  • Pro Yearly — 10 000 RUB/year, unlimited prompts, up to 4 models, early beta access

Payments are processed by Lava.top in Russian rubles. We never see your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings — Pro access stays until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are governed by the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Act: within 14 days of payment, provided you have not actively used the subscription. Specific scenarios are handled on a case-by-case basis via support@chudoii.com.

In the future we plan to offer USD payments via Stripe for international users. Launch will be announced separately.

6. User content

  • The messages you send remain yours
  • You grant ChudoII a limited license to process those messages — only to deliver the service (e.g. forwarding to AI providers)
  • We do not train models on your conversations
  • We do not sell your content to third parties

7. AI-generated content

  • AI answers are provided "as is", without any warranty
  • Models can be wrong, invent facts (hallucinate) and exhibit biases
  • Do not rely on AI answers for medical, legal or financial decisions without verification by a qualified professional
  • You are responsible for how you use the generated content

8. Intellectual property

  • "ChudoII", the logo and brand assets are ours (trademark registration in progress)
  • You may not copy, imitate or use our marks without prior written permission
  • AI models (GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, Llama etc.) are the property of their respective owners (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, etc.)

9. Privacy

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. It is an integral part of these Terms.

10. Offline mode (Gemma 4 E4B)

  • The Gemma 4 E4B model is downloaded to your device (~4 GB)
  • Use of the model is governed by Google's Gemma license — please review it before use
  • In offline mode, no data leaves your device

11. Service availability

  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime — we target 99.5% as an informal SLA
  • Planned maintenance is announced in advance
  • We are not responsible for outages at AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

12. Changes to the service

We may modify or discontinue features. For material changes we give at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app.

13. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings — your data is cascaded-deleted
  • We may suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms, with notice (except in cases of clear fraud, security threats or regulatory requirements)
  • After account closure, active subscriptions are cancelled without refund for the unused period, unless required otherwise by law

14. Limitation of liability

  • The service is provided "as is"
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
  • Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (wilful misconduct, gross negligence, consumer rights)

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to provide the service due to events beyond our reasonable control: wars, natural disasters, network outages, actions of Roskomnadzor or other regulators, sanctions, strikes and similar events.

16. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts at the operator's location. When we expand to international markets, this section will be extended with jurisdiction-specific clauses.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after notice. Continued use of the service after that period means you accept the new version.
